Nice to see some plain speaking about performance Desktops.
My new system is only 6 months old & features a Gigabyte MBoard type P55-UD3P.
I have the packaging but can’t compare with your recommendation.
I think both NVidia & Gigabyte are both guilty of very poor product description/specification.
This matters, because when you approach different suppliers (Local to avoid shipping charges) you will almost always be offered an “equivalent or better” at a similar price, but you won’t be able to make a decision to use or not, due to lack of market knowledge & lack of product detail.
BTW & to demonstrate; I was sold an aluminium case at a spectacularly good price only to discover it was steel with Aluminium corner edge extrusions.
The supplier said ” gosh sorry, I’ll change it for you, I saw Aluminium & thought the whole case was Ali.”

You have to be on guard.
Thanks for your suggestions/recommendations, hope you can keep it current.

Tim: You need to press the triangle button *outside* the folder (i.e. when the external HD itself is selected) and select “Display All” maybe?

To be honest, I don’t find CSS at all limiting anymore. In fact, I find it much easier to achieve most of the effects I want quite quickly. I don’t really find that I need to use hacks that often.

Hey, a couple of years ago i ripped all my CDs to 192kbps mp3-files using windows mediaplayer 9 and/or 10. None of those files show up on my ps3. The system just say something like “there are no files in this folder” when i try going into album folders. If i push triangle from the flder and choose play, it says “there are no files to play”. Wierd!
I have my files on an external HD connectet via usb. Alot of my other mp3 files on the same drive play fine… but not all. Tried copying everything to the interneal HD but that didnt change anything. The files just did’nt show in the menu. Now im not shure if they are still there… as i could not select them and hit delete
Any idea why my files does not show and play?

hello evryone is there anyone who can help me mounting usb pen drive in rhel 5.0. Actually i am using vmware tool for linux and when i enter pendrive in usb it connect to windows. Now just tell me hw can i connect pen drive to vmware linux nd text the mounting command too…

Thanks for your help i got it solved well this time i am having problem with sendmail server.

actually i have configured the dovecot imap for my server nd strat the applications as:
[bash]# make -C /etc/mail
[bash]# chkconfig –level 2345 sendmail on
[bash]# chkconfig –level 2345 dovecot on
[bash]# chkconfig –list sendmail
[bash]# chkconfig –list dovecot
[bash]# /etc/init.d/sendmail restart
[bash]# /etc/init.d/dovecot restart
[bash]# grep sendmail /var/log/maillog
[bash]# grep dovecot /var/log/maillog

THESE ALL RUNS WELL
NOW JUST TELL ME ALL THNG OK ND NOW WAT COMMAND IS USED FOR SENDING MAIL////////

Lokkit doesn’t have anything to do with it. You need to make sure SELinux is enabled. From the command line (as the root user), run:

#> getenforce

If it returns a 0, the SELinux is not on. In that case, run:

#> setenforce 1

Just to be sure, you are running Red Hat 5 or later, correct?
